The Kish International Spa, Tourism and Wellness Festival was held on Kish Island with the participation of leading tourism industry figures, hoteliers, Iranian traditional medicine specialists, and relevant managers from across the country. This event is considered a unique opportunity to introduce Iran’s capacities in health and wellness tourism, exchange experiences, and strengthen public–private cooperation toward sustainable development in this field. Speakers emphasized the effective role of the media, the social responsibility of industry stakeholders, and the overlooked potentials of health tourism in the country, and future plans were presented to expand this festival to various provinces, especially Ardabil and Mashhad.

Organized under the umbrella of Golden Rama Spa, the event now stands among the few reputable international competitions dedicated to evaluating wellness centers and spa facilities, marking a new milestone for the region’s wellness industry.
