Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Use" or "Terms"), govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through https://worldspacontest.com or https://worldmassagecontest.com or any other contest program (the "Site"), by Golden Rama Spa Company, a company with its registered office at Antalya/Turkey, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.
In this terms and conditions, the word "Contest" or "Championship" refers to any of our contest program organized by Golden Rama Spa Company (World Spa Contest or World Massage Contest or Open International Iranian Massage Championship or Any other contest program) Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Site.
By using the Site, opening an account or nominating your company in the contest program or signup for a jury or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not want to agree to these terms & conditions or winner package terms or contest participation terms the Privacy Policy or any terms and conditions provided by the organizer / contest program, you must not access or use the Site for any reason such as but not limited to nominating or registering your company, visiting any of our website or web pages etc.
By using our services, you agree that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and who properly create a valid account. By using our services, you agree that we reserve the right to suspend your account or stop providing our services to at our discretion. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These terms of use are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the website by any person. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You", "Your" "User" "Participant" "nominee" or "Company" refers to the "Nominee" or "Company" who register their company such as but not limited to Hotel, Spa & Wellness Company or any company in the contest program. The term "We", "Us", "Our" or "Organizer" refers to the "Contest Team" by Golden Rama Spa or partners or sponsors & etc.
1. Use of Our Services
You understand that by accessing the Site, and in becoming a member, you receive only the ability to use the Site to access the Site. You also acknowledge and agree that at all times, it is your responsibility and not Our responsibility, which is disclaimed to the maximum extent of the law, to be familiar with, to abide by and to comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations. Members also acknowledge and agree that they are users of the Site only, and that they are not our employees, joint ventures, partners, or agents or representatives or whatsoever.
2. Modification or Changes to the Site or Terms of Use
We are continually changing and improving the Site. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify it, to add or remove features or functionalities or to suspend or terminate any part or the entire Site with or without notice to you. We may also modify or amend these Terms or incorporate documents to reflect changes in the law, changes to the Site, Fees (defined below) or any other aspect of the relationship between Our and You.
 It is your responsibility to refer to the terms and conditions on our website on a regular basis to get the updated terms of use of our contest program. We regularly update the terms and conditions as per the changes in law, contest procedure, etc. Amendments are effective immediately after we post them on the Site for existing users and immediately for all the new users joining and accepting the terms after and on the day, these are amendments are posted. If You do not agree to the Terms, including as changed or modified, you can stop using our website and contact our team immediately to remove all your company details from our side.
3. Accounts, Passwords and Security
To access our services, you will need to validly register for an account and to become a Member with verified phone no and email Id. As indicated above, by doing so, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and are capable of entering into legally binding agreements in the relevant jurisdiction(s). To create a Member account, you must create a password-protected account ("Account"). You may register for an Account using your email and creating a password. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the Account registration process and at all other times when you use the Site, and to continually update information sufficient to keep it accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password are kept confidential and secure and you will immediately inform us of any suspected unauthorized use. We are not liable or otherwise responsible for any loss or damage that any party claims are caused in whole or part by unauthorized use of your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may, however, be liable or responsible to us or third parties due to unauthorized use of Your Account.

4. Fees
4.1 Complimentary Nomination

• Nominations are on a complimentary basis
• Usage of our Contest Portals are on complimentary basis.
• If you are chosen to be a winner then you are obliged to order any of the Winner package which includes RIGHTS to use our contest logo, brand name, announcement & etc.
• Without purchasing any of the winner package, you are not authorized to announce your winning to anyone or use our contest name or brand.

4.2 Premium Nomination Fee:

• The amount paid for the premium nominations are valid for the current year only (only for 1 year participation)
• The organizer does not guarantee on winning the contest if you opt for the paid nominations (premium). The nominee does not have any rights to claim the winning of the category or any information.
• The winner selection is based on our contest procedure and strictly as per the final decision of our management team.
• The nominations fee (any package) is paid towards submitting additional nominations or more categories.
• Discounts on winner package or gala ceremony tickets are not encashable or not refundable for any reason.
• The nomination fee is non-refundable once paid.

5. Communications
When you use the Website, other data, information or to send emails or to communicate with Us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
6. Participation Terms

• All voting results will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any participants.
• You have no rights to claim whatsoever from the organizer or its partners towards promoting contest program brands to your clients. All voting and marketing activities will be carried out by on your own interest.
• If you believe that you are promoting the contest program or its partners through the voting program, it is your responsibility to stop your voting immediately and send a request to our team to delete your nomination.
• You do not have rights to claim any data on your voting, audience and etc.
•  Authorized company representatives who submit entries will be our primary point of contact unless we are otherwise notified.
• If there are any information changes on the side of the participating company or property, same should be emailed to your designated consultant to update the company profile or else you can update it. Should any information changes (e.g., Contacts, name changes, category changes) not be communicated with us, we will not be held responsible for outdated information of profiles.
• As part of the contest procedure, the usage of contest logo, name and contest brand is restricted till the winner announcement. Once the winner is announced, We strongly advise you to purchase the winner package to use contest logo, brand name and winner announcement. The winner package is inclusive of RIGHTS to use contest brand name, logo & promotional materials.
• All the nominations are on the self-nomination basis. The company agrees that the information provided to the organizer is 100% accurate and organizer does not hold any responsibility on the information provided by the nominee company.
• All the nominations are verified by our internal process through electronic / computer based system and we do not guarantee for the quality of the filtering and we have rights to change the approval at any time without prior notice.
• At any time, you are not allowed to communicate with our partners or customers but not limited to clients, participants, visitors without a written permission from Golden Rama Spa. If we find that you are interacting with our partners without any prior written consent, we reserve the right to cancel the contest and claim a damage for misusing our brand name. You also agree that the organizer do not need to show any proof for the damages and only the proof of communication is sufficient to claim the damage by the company.
• Nominating more categories will increase the chances of winning the contest, but only maximum of 2 winning category per company is applicable and there is no refund applicable for the non-winning categories.
• The winner must purchase the winner package to use winner certificate, winner badge and trophy. The winner should not use any of the winner certificate or badges or any marketing materials designed by themselves or others. The shipping charges are applicable for the winner’s package.
• Attending Gala event, the sample trophy / plaque will be used at the event for the photo shoot purpose. The actual trophy / plaque or any other materials as per your winner package will be shipped or delivered to your address. Refer the winner package details for more details.
• The organizer reserves the rights to modify / cancel any contest category at any point of time without prior notice.
• For any reasons winners are not allowed to announce their winning to their clients or public before our scheduled public winner announcement date. The date will be mentioned on our winner package proposal or please contact us for the exact date of the Public announcement
• The winner announcement email sent to all the winners are only for the internal use and the winners are not permitted to announce in public. We reserve the rights to cancel/withdraw the contest if the winner violates this policy

7. Cancellation and Refund
No cancellation or refund will be applicable once entries have been successfully submitted.
The Nomination Fee & winner Package fee are non-refundable. No refund is applicable once you have paid for the winner package order.

8. Hotel or Resort Inspection
Hotel/Resort inspection is not mandatory for all hotels/Resorts. For hotels/Resorts, 3 Nights all-inclusive complimentary stay voucher is required for the hotel inspection by our team. Inspection requirement will be at our sole discretion. Inspection will increase the chances of winning the contest. 3 Nights stay voucher is applicable for 2 adults and 3 kids to enable the inspection. In case if the resort is not inspected by our team before the winner announcement, We may inspect the resort anytime within 1 year form the winner announcement to maintain the standard of the quality. We reserve the rights to cancel the contest in case of any issues or quality compliance issues found during the post-inspection.
9. Access to Site
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the Site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
10. Our Rights and Obligations
· We retain the right to disqualify entries or winner at any point of time without prior notice.
· We reserve the rights to modify/cancel/change any of the program such as but not limited to contest category, schedule, venue, date, price without prior notice.
· We reserve the rights to qualify or disqualify any company and the company does not claim any questions towards the selection quality or process or nominee details or similar to that.
· We reserve the rights disclose the information about any members who are related to the contest such as but not limited to competitor, participants, Jury & etc. We do not disclose any of the above mentioned details to anyone.
· We have the right to change /cancel / remove any deliverables for the winner or nominee without prior notice.
11. Rights and Obligations of Users
· In order to access the Services, the User may be required to provide personal information, as part of the registration process, for his continued use. You agree that registration information provided shall be accurate, correct and up to date.
· You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or guidelines.
· You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Our unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means including but not limited to the use of scripts and web crawlers.
· You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the offering).
· You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Our has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Our may suffer) of any such breach.
· You agree that will not use another person's Account, to misrepresent yourself, Your identity or qualifications or transactions.
· You agree that will not violate any national, local, state, national or international law, or any rule, regulation, tariff or duty, including customs laws or regulations that may apply to You or to any Items.
· You agree that will not in any manual or automated way copy, appropriate, use or disclose any copyrighted text, or other intellectual property, rights of publicity, privacy or contract rights or otherwise misuse or misappropriate Site information or content including but not limited to, use on a mirrored, competitive, or third-party site.
· You agree that will not take any action that (a) may unreasonably encumber the Site's infrastructure; (b) interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any third-party participation; (c) bypasses measures that are used to prevent or restrict access to the Site; (d) circumvents, disables or otherwise interferes with security features of the Site; (e) distributes viruses or any other technologies that may harm Our or users; (f) uses the Site in a way that violates any copyrights, trade secrets, or other rights of any third party, including privacy or publicity rights; or (g) circumvents or manipulates and fees, fee structure or billing claimed or owed as a result of interaction, relationships or transactions that may be facilitated on the Site.
· You agree that will not take any inappropriate or unlawful actions, including the submission of inappropriate or unlawful content to or through the Site, including without limitation content that is hateful, illegal, profane, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory, or that advocates, promotes, or encourages inappropriate activity, conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or conduct that would give rise to civil liability or violate any law.
· You agree that will not violate any our policies that govern or relate to your use of the Site and interactions with you and third parties.
· You agree that will not take any action that may undermine the efficacy or accuracy of reviews or ratings systems maintained by our and which relate to Members.
· You agree that will not register for more than one (1) Our Account or registering for Our Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself or transferring or purporting to transfer your Our Account to any other person.
· You agree that you do not have any rights to claim anything such as but not limited to service benefits, monetary claim and etc. from the organizer or the contest program or organizer's partners for any reason.
· You agree that will not undertake any activity or engage in any conduct that is inconsistent with the business or purpose of the Site; and

• The winner should not act as a partner or sponsor or representation partner or promotional partner to anyone in the world for any reason.
• Winners who ordered the winner package has the restricted rights to use the Contest Logo, Name and Winner announcement ONLY for their promotional activities by highlighting the recognition through the contest program.
• Winners do not have any rights to use the contest program or organizer or organizer's partner or other participants details for any other reasons as such but not limited representation of contest / organizer / partner, any promotional activities for contest / organizer /partners, Addressing public or industry professionals on behalf of the organizer / contest /partner & etc. The winners do not have any rights to use other participant's brand name, company name or any other details of contest participants.
• Winners are NOT authorized to create or modify or reproduce any of the contest materials such as but not limited to Contest Logo, Contest Brand Name, Contest trophy image, contest plaque image, Contest Medal & etc.
• The winner does not have any rights to use other participant details directly or indirectly for any reasons.
• Winners do not have any rights to claim anything towards the promotions or activities carried out as part of the contest program from the contest organizer and its partners.
• In case if organizer finds that the winner or participant misrepresents the contest program or organizer or its partners then we have the rights to claim the damages
• The Winner's role is restricted only as a participant of the contest program and the organizer does not offer any other rights to the winner.
• We list the winner at our website on complimentary basis for 7 days from the winner announcement date and we reserve the rights to retain /remove if they do not order any winner package since the winner listing on our website is part of the winner package.
• In case if you do not want us to list your company on our winner list, You are required to send an email to info@goldenramaspa.com and our team will remove your company from the winners list within 15 working / business days.
• Winners must sign a Partnership Agreement with the contest program or organizer as per the Laws of Turkey to receive the rights to use contest logo, brand name and organizers’ details to represent or market or to promote or refer or invite any company or individual to any of our contest program. Any Email or WhatsApp or Verbal communications are NOT considered as any form of rights delegation and you do not have rights to act as a partner or agent or promoting agency or advertising company or similar without entering into the Service Contract or Agreement.

Only the Winners who purchase the winner packages have the rights to use our Brand Name, Logo, Website or any materials related to the contest program. The winner announcement email sent to all the winners is just a communication and it is not a winner material or winner package. The winner package is applicable only for 1 year contest program. If you are a winner of another year then you are required to purchase a winner package for the corresponding years to use our materials.
12. Use of Communications from You
Any communication that you send to us via our Site, email, chat or any communication medium (a) will not be subject to confidential treatment, (b) may be used by us for any purpose, (c) may be reproduced, disclosed, or distributed by us without restriction or further consent from you, and (d) becomes our property when received by us.
By Participating in any of our Contest program, You agree the contest program and organizer has full rights to use your company name, brand, logo, images from your website as part of the contest process on any of our promotional materials such as but not limited to contest website, marketing materials, email newsletters, nominee list, winner list & etc.  If you do not want us to use your brand name, logo or any image then you must send us an email to remove your nomination and return the contest related materials immediately to initiate the removal process.

• The World Spa Contest, World Massage Contest, Open International Iranian Massage Championship or GM Contest program / event / ceremony and all other contest related activities are 100% owned /managed /organized by Golden Rama Spa Company and All these contest programs are not related to any state or central government or Tourism ministry in Turkey. The goal of our Contest programs (organized by Golden Rama Spa) is to find & Reward the excellent performers in Spa & Wellness and other Industries and help them to promote their business.
• The company reads clearly and agrees terms and conditions mentioned at our website before nominating or paying or ordering the winner package or any other activities related to contest program. We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions mentioned here without prior notice and request you to refer the updated terms and conditions at our website.
•  We encourage you to know more about the organizer, Program schedule, Contest Procedure & other details at our contest website on regular basis
• The Company/Nominee agrees to provide 100% accurate information during the nomination or anytime when we collect the data about company performance, results, previous year achievements & etc.
• The organizer reserves the rights to collect the winner package or any fee in any of the currencies irrespective the organizer's bank currency and we do not hold responsibility on currency conversion or bank charges, transaction charges & etc.
•  In case of any Barter system, The Voucher can be used for any of our customers / clients or our internal Golden Rama Spa Team. The organizer reserves the rights to sell the voucher to anyone.
• For hotels, Golden Rama Spa may request 3 nights all-inclusive stay for 2 adult and 3 kids voucher for the hotel inspection by our team. Resort inspection is not mandatory for all hotels. But it will increase the chances of winning the contest.
• Only winners will be invited for the Gala ceremony program and Nominees / Participants can attend ceremony by paying entry ticket at additional cost. The organizer reserves the rights to restrict the admission to participants for the contest gala ceremony.
• The organizer solely reserves the rights to change anything in contest program such as but not limited to categories, sub categories, any fee, contest logo change, contest program name change, contest schedule, the number of winners in each category, venue & other changes without prior notice to any companies.
• When a company re-registers from one year to another, existing images and descriptions of the property will be used unless we receive the updated version within seven days from entry date.
• Authorized company representatives who submit entries will be our primary point of contact unless we are otherwise notified. We have rights to contact them at any point of time for any of the Organizer's contest program.
• Should there be any information changes on the side of the participating company, you are responsible to keep your profile and account information updated (E.g., Contacts, name changes, category changes), Golden Rama Spa will not be held responsible for outdated information of profiles.
•  The Management Team of the contest program (organized by Golden Rama Spa) retain the right to disqualify any entries as per our management decision and nominee / participant does not have any rights to claim the reason.
• We will use images and information that you send /submit to Golden Rama Spa for any purpose, it will not be subject to confidential treatment and may be disclosed by Golden Rama Spa without further consent from participating company.
• Some of our company filtering /evaluating nominees are computerized, hence we cannot guarantee for any accuracy of the information verified, we do not hold any responsibility if our system / team approves the wrong participants due to lack of our technical /process / system. Such cases the approval stage will be ignored.
• Duplication entries are not allowed, if you are nominating multiple times, It is your responsibility to remove the duplicate entries, We reserves the rights to disqualify or qualify all the nominations to next stage. But if multiple nominations for a single company are qualified by our system and it will be considered to be only one company participation irrespective of multiple nominee payments for same company / group.
• The company agrees to use the banner and logos provided by us time to time and change it immediately in case of any change notification by the Organizer by Email / Website / any other communication.
• All nominations are self-nomination basis and own interest by the company. The organizer selects the company in Spa industry or related industry as per our selection criteria and invites them to nominate. But the company agrees to read all the terms and conditions before nominating their company for contest program.
• Although Golden Rama Spa work very hard to provide you with the most current and accurate information on our website, errors or bugs to be excused.
• The statistics mentioned on our website or any materials by us are on a estimated basis.
• All operational, marketing, sales & other activities are handled from our Turkey office. Rest of our other offices in all locations are for representation purpose only. All the Mailers, written communications should be delivered to our Turkey office only. If any letters sent to our other offices will not be considered due to our business operational reasons.
• Any and All payments once made are not refundable for any reasons. No claims or damages to be made towards the payment or contest related programs.
• At any cases, you are not allowed to communicate with our partners or customers such as but not limited to clients, participants, visitors without our written permission from Golden Rama Spa. In case if we come across any instances like you are interacting with our partners without any written permission then we reserve the rights to cancel the contest and claim the damage of Euro 1 Million towards the damage of spoiling our brand name. You agree that we do not need to prove any damages and only the proof of communication is sufficient to claim the damage by the company.
• Nominating more categories will increase the chances of winning contest but only maximum of 2 winning category per company is applicable.
• The organizer reserves the rights disclose the information about any members who are related to the contest such as but not limited to competitor, participants, Jury & etc. We do not disclose any of the above mentioned details to anyone.
• No cancellations will be accepted once entries have been successfully submitted. Golden Rama Spa will use all the details submitted by the company for future references and materials.
•  By nominating your company, the company agrees to participate officially in the Contest (organized by Golden Rama Spa) for one year and you agree to use your company's material such as but not limited to logo, images, photos and other associated materials for all our group of contest program or organizer's websites related activities for life time without any restrictions.  
• Any wrong or negative post in any social media or public media such as but not limited to websites, review websites and etc., shall result in Claim or Damage suit by Golden Rama Spa against the person who has done such acts.
• Claims or Damages of any nature and aspects against the Golden Rama Spa Company or its contest program or its partner cannot be instituted as all obligations of the Golden Rama Spa concerns is accepted without any condition by the participants of the other part.
• Online materials such as but not limited to Photos, Partner Logos, Partner name & company Name, Testimonial & etc. are only for the representation purpose and those may not be directly related to Contest (organized by Golden Rama Spa) or not the actual show material. These media materials could be related to our sister / partner company product or other products organized by Golden Rama Spa. 
• Golden Rama Spa reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions, contest product related details such as but not limited to program, logo, name & etc., without prior notice.
  

Winner Package Terms and Conditions:
· The winner agrees to order the winner package after reading the terms and conditions related to winner package order
· It is winner's responsibility to read the winner package terms and conditions before ordering the winner package.
· The winner package terms and conditions are updated on our website regularly and it is winner's responsibility to read and follow the terms accordingly.
· The organizer reserves the rights to list / delist any winners from the contest website irrespective of the winner package they order.
Definitions:
"Organizer, We" means Golden Rama Spa, Antalya, Turkey.
"Package" means the winner package or marketing package or any services.
"Contest" refers to the name of the contest the winner has won and ordering the package.
"Winner" means the company ordering a winner package.
By Ordering a winner package or marketing package, Winner agrees on the following:

• Upon purchasing the winner package, the winner receives the rights to use the Contest program name, logo, Badge, Certificate and winner announcement in their promotional materials such as website, social media, email campaigns and etc.,
• The Organizer reserves the rights to use the winner's logo, company name, winner speech video on organizer or organizer’s partnered promotional/ marketing related services such as website, brochure, print advertisements, digital advertisement, social media advertisement and etc..,
• The winner does not have any rights to use our partner or other participants details directly or indirectly such as but not limited to brand name, logo, any form of screenshots, photos, video and etc.
• The Winner agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned in the contest website and organizer website.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on this order form and website without prior notice and the Winner is responsible to visit contest program website and get the updates on a regular basis.
• 100% payment along with completed winner package order form is required to confirm the winner package. After making the successful winner package payment, the winner must send the Completed order form with their official seal and signature to info@goldenramaspa.com to initiate the order.
• The winner package order confirmation is subject to availability of our services and physical items such as trophy, plaque and medal.
• Email or WhatsApp or verbal confirmation without payment and completed order form will not be considered as order confirmation.
• The winner does not have any rights to recreate /modify any materials owned / created by contest program such as winner badge, logo, winner certificate & etc.
• In case of any damage in trophy, plaque or any physical material during the shipping, the Organizer will replace the material one time without additional cost. The Winner must return the damaged material back to the Organizer to initiate the new order.
• The information mentioned in the winner package proposal or on our website such as but not limited to email recipients, audience target, audience profile, physical & digital item delivery schedule & etc. are on estimated basis and not the actual. Though we work hard to give you more accurate information, we do not guarantee any statistics / number and the winner does not have any rights to claim any details such as but not limited to customer data, history, age of the data, sample data, source of data and etc.
• All the social media postings/ promotions are on a daily /weekly scheduled basis after the winner's announcement date, the winner company details will be posted within 3 months from the winner announcement date
• Any listing services such as but not limited to contest portal or magazine & etc. are restricted only for listing your company details. We do not guarantee on generating any leads / bookings / business.
• The photos of the trophy, plaque mentioned in the website or proposal are for the graphical representations purpose and there might be a slight difference in the real material /item.
• The Winner do not have any rights to claim the organizer or organizer’s partner towards such as but not limited to any sales, website visits, lead generations, website & etc.
• The winner package cost is non-refundable once paid.
• The winner does not have any rights to spread any negative information about the organizer or organizer’s partners or contest program to any third party (outside the company / management) without the jurisdiction approval, in case of violating this term, the organizer reserves the rights to claim up to 5 Million Euro.
• In case if the Organizers missed out any services to offer in the winner package proposal, The Winner has to send an email to organizer at info@goldenramaspa.com. In such cases, the Organizer will fulfil the missed-out services at the earliest. (Estimate: Digital Materials: 3 to 4 Weeks, Any Physical Item: 6 Weeks, Winner Announcement Video: 6 Weeks)
• The organizer reserves the rights to cancel / modify the winner package order in full / partial. In such cases, the organizer will offer an alternative service or refund for the not fulfilled service. The refund amount limit is restricted to maximum of the winner package order cost paid by the winner. In case of full refund, the winner must return all the services / items to the organizer to initiate the refund process.
• The winner is required to send the duly completed order form to initiate the order delivery. The Organizer solely reserve the rights to initiate the order delivery after the successful payment without a completed order form to speed up the delivery process.
• The Organizer does not offer guarantee on direct or indirect sales, lead generation or any business income or similar from any digital related services such as listing your company, featuring or PR submissions or email marketing.
• The organizer is responsible to pay only the shipping fee for any physical items. Winner is responsible to pay any import tax / duty tax / local govt tax/similar tax as per the law in the receiving /destination country
• In case of any dispute, the Courts in Antalya/Turkey will have absolute jurisdiction.
• Winner package order confirmation is subject to availability of our services. In case of service unavailability after the payment then we refund the amount received on our bank account.
• The organizer reserves the right to change winner package details such as but not limited to service inclusion, offer validity, discount, price and etc. without prior notice. We request you to confirm with our team before making payment to confirm the order
• Any Freebies or bonus or complimentary services in the winner package or complimentary services offered by the organizer is not applicable for encash or refund or any claim and we reserve the rights to withdraw at any time without prior notice.
• In case of delay in sending completed order form after the payment, there will be appropriate delay in the delivery schedule from the organizer.
• The estimated delivery of the winner package is as below, all the schedule starts from upon receiving full payment with completed order form.
• Social media posts are on a scheduled basis and it may take from 1 month to 3 months. Please check with our team for more accurate information on the delivery schedule before confirming your order. The above schedule does not include the shipping duration or any delay in the shipping due to any reasons.
• The organizer reserves the rights to cancel the contest winning title and revoke the rights to use contest name, logo and brand name in case the winner violates any of the contest or organizer's terms and conditions such as but not limited to Contest terms, winner package terms & etc., There is no refund applicable with no claims towards the organizer or its partners and winner agrees that the organizer reserves the rights to claim the winner towards violation of terms.
